The Vicmetrounderpinning customer service team is highly commended for their prompt response to my enquiry. Their assessor, Joe was pleasant to deal with and thorough with his assessment. Damien, the Technical Team Lead, whom did the repairs was pleasant to work with. He was very thorough and happily accommodated a little extra repair work which we pointed out to him later. From the initial dealings with Joe to the underpinning performed by Jordan and Jack and then followed by the Damp proofing injection performed by Damien, where all were extremely professional, caring and all took time to explain the process.
